A few weeks ago, we announced our 2018 Best Speaker Website contest and asked you to share your nominees of speaker sites you think ROCK!
A big thank you to everyone who took the time to submit a candidate.
We received many great submissions and it was a real challenge to narrow them down to just three semi-finalists, but I think I’ve come up with three that have the qualities we are looking for. Along with being easy to navigate and visually appealing, they answer this criteria:
- They have a clear message and answer the question, “How is this speaker going to help their audience?”
- Their home page includes a video that gives you a strong impression of the speaker and how they are on stage (This is really what decisions makers are looking for to help make their selection).
- And finally, does the site have a clear call to action?
Take a look at our finalists and cast your ballot for the winner of this year’s best website contest:
Finalist #1: Shawna Suckow
Shawna’s site has amazing messaging that is both unique and sticky (thus Unicorn).
Finalist #2: Jeff Mowatt
Jeff’s website has an amazing video that you must watch! His website messaging is also very strong and spot on.
Finalist #3: Kim Becking
Kim’s site features an extremely solid message and it is so easy to navigate.
This year’s honorable mention goes out to Victoria Maxwell!
Victoria has clear messaging and identifies herself immediately as a mental health expert.
Congratulations to all who submitted and best of luck!
