That dreaded call comes through to let you know yet another event is being postponed – now what? Have your steps already mapped out so that you can respond to the client right away. Whether it be a different method of delivering your services or some steps the client can take while you wait for the new date, know what it is you want to communicate.
Everybody is ready for this pandemic to be over, but we aren’t quite there yet. Impress your clients by showing them how adaptable and resilient you are, no matter the circumstances.
