How Is Your Business Doing? Take the Mid-Year Review Survey & Charge Ahead in the Second Half of 2016

To improve your speaking business, it’s important that you take the time to reflect and assess your progress, then make goals that will push you ahead. A common time to do this is January 1st when we reflect on the past year and make resolutions that will help us achieve more in the year ahead. However, reflection and goal setting are far too important to do only once per year. This is why I suggest a mid-year review, where you can think about how your business has been doing so far this year, identify weaknesses, and make a solid plan to improve.
