If you’re like me, chances are that you’ve built routines into your day-to-day schedule. Routines help us feel grounded. They give us stability and certainty. They help us succeed.
And you probably know what it feels like when your routine gets disrupted. Chaos! Disorder! Confusion!
I was reflecting upon this as I engaged in my daily routine this morning. When I stop this routine, I feel untethered. My life feels out of balance. So, my tip for you today is to simply stick to your routine.
